ক্রেতার কাছে এটি একটাই সাইট: একটি কার্টে বিভিন্ন বিক্রেতার পণ্য থাকতে পারে, আর অর্ডার একবারই দেওয়া হয়। পেছনে প্রতিটি বিক্রেতা শুধু নিজের পণ্য আর নিজের অর্ডারের অংশ দেখেন। এই কাজ হাতে হাতে চালাতে গেলে হিসাব দ্রুত জটিল হয়ে যায়, তাই আলাদা সফটওয়্যার দরকার হয়।To the buyer it is one site: a single cart can hold products from different sellers, and the order is placed once. Behind the scenes each seller sees only their own products and their own part of the order. Doing this by hand gets complicated fast, which is why separate software is needed.

মার্কেটপ্লেস চালু করতে কী কী করতে হয়?What do you have to do to launch a marketplace?

মার্কেটপ্লেস চালু করতে আপনি অ্যাপটি অ্যাডমিন থেকে চালু করেন, সেটিংসে নিয়মগুলো ঠিক করেন, তারপর বিক্রেতাদের আবেদনের লিংক দেন; বিক্রেতারা পণ্য তুললে আপনি অনুমোদন করেন।To launch a marketplace you switch the app on in the admin, set your rules in Settings, then give sellers the application link; when they upload products, you approve them.

1. অ্যাপ চালু ও সেটিংসSwitch on and set the rulesডিফল্ট কমিশন, হোল্ডের দিন, ন্যূনতম পেআউট, পেআউটের মাধ্যম, কেওয়াইসি নথি, কুরিয়ার তালিকা আর বিক্রেতার চুক্তি ঠিক করুন।Set the default commission, the hold days, the minimum payout, the payout methods, the KYC documents, the courier list and the seller agreement.
2. বিক্রেতা আনুনBring in sellersআবেদনের লিংকটি বিক্রেতাদের দিন। আবেদন আসার পর নথি দেখে অনুমোদন বা বাতিল করুন।Share the application link with sellers. When applications arrive, check the documents and approve or reject them.
3. পণ্য অনুমোদনApprove productsবিক্রেতার পণ্য আপনার অনুমোদনের তালিকায় আসে; এক-এক করে বা একসাথে অনুমোদন করুন।Seller products arrive in your approval list; approve them one by one or in bulk.
4. অর্ডার ও হিসাবOrders and accountsঅর্ডার এলে বিক্রেতা শিপ করেন, ডেলিভারি হলে সেই অংশ ডেলিভারড হয় (অ্যাডমিন থেকেও চিহ্নিত করা যায়), আর হোল্ডের সময় পেরোলে বিক্রেতার আয় তোলার মতো হয়।When orders arrive sellers ship them, the part is marked delivered after delivery (you can also mark it in the admin), and once the hold period passes the seller’s earnings become available to withdraw.

বিক্রেতারা টাকা পান কীভাবে?How do sellers get paid?

বিক্রেতা পেআউটের অনুরোধ পাঠান, আপনি তা অনুমোদন করে নিজে টাকা পাঠান এবং TrxID বা ব্যাংক রেফারেন্স লিখে “পরিশোধিত” করেন; অ্যাপ টাকা নিজে থেকে পাঠায় না।A seller sends a payout request, you approve it, send the money yourself, then enter the TrxID or bank reference and mark it paid; the app does not send money by itself.

বিক্রেতার পোর্টাল আপনার ওয়েবসাইটের ভেতরেই থাকে, ঠিকানা শেষে /seller। সেখানে আবেদন, লগইন, পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেলে রিসেট, পণ্য, অর্ডার, আয় ও পেআউটের পাতা আছে।The seller portal lives inside your own website, at an address ending in /seller. It has pages for applying, logging in, resetting a password, products, orders, earnings and payouts.

আমার নিজের পণ্যও কি একই সাইটে বিক্রি করা যায়?Can I sell my own products on the same site too?

শিপ করার সময় বিক্রেতা আপনার ঠিক করা কুরিয়ার তালিকা থেকে একটি বেছে ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর দেন। তালিকা আপনি সেটিংসে বদলাতে পারেন। এটি কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির সাথে স্বয়ংক্রিয় সংযোগ নয়।When shipping, a seller picks a courier from the list you set up and enters a tracking number.
