Metanoz provides a cloud-based website building platform. You are responsible for all content published on websites you create. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice to subscribers.
You retain full ownership of all content you create on our platform. By using Metanoz, you grant us a limited license to host and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.
Metanoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
