অ্যাডমিনের নতুন সংস্করণ পাতায় চার ধাপে একটি সংস্করণ প্রকাশ হয়: তথ্য দেওয়া, পাতা তোলা, খবরের অংশ চিহ্নিত করা আর প্রকাশ করা বা সময় ঠিক করা।In the admin’s New edition page an edition goes live in four steps: enter the details, upload the pages, mark the stories, then publish or schedule.
- তথ্য দিনEnter the detailsতারিখ, সংস্করণের ধরন, ঐচ্ছিক শিরোনাম (যেমন ঈদ সংখ্যা) আর কারা পড়বেন, তা ঠিক করুন।Set the date, the edition type, an optional title (for example an Eid special) and who may read it.

পাঠকেরা বই, স্লাইড বা স্ক্রল, এই তিন ধরনের পড়ার ধরনে পাতা পড়তে পারেন, আর ফোন ও কম্পিউটার দুটোতেই একই পাঠক চলে।Readers can read in three modes, flip like a book, slide or scroll, and the same reader works on phones and on computers.

পাঠক খবরের অংশে চাপ দিলে শুধু সেই খবরের ক্লিপ খোলে, আর সেটির নিজস্ব লিংক Facebook, WhatsApp বা কপি করে শেয়ার করা যায়।When a reader taps a story, a clip of just that story opens, and it has its own link to share on Facebook, on WhatsApp or by copying it.
ক্লিপের নিচে আপনার লোগো ও ওয়েবসাইটের ঠিকানা থাকে, যা সেটিংসে বদলানো যায়। ফলে শেয়ার হওয়া প্রতিটি খবর আপনার সাইটে ফেরার পথ দেখায়। খবরটি সাইটের আর্টিকেলের সাথে জোড়া থাকলে ক্লিপ থেকে পুরো লেখা পড়ার লিংকও থাকে।Under the clip sit your logo and your web address, which you can change in Settings, so every shared story points back to your site. If the story is linked to a website article, the clip also links to the full text.

প্রতিটি সংস্করণ সবার জন্য খোলা বা শুধু লগইন করা সদস্যদের জন্য রাখা যায়। সবার জন্য খোলা সংস্করণ সার্চ ইঞ্জিনের জন্যও উন্মুক্ত থাকে।Each edition can be open to everyone or limited to logged-in members. An edition that is open to everyone is also open to search engines.
শুধু সদস্যদের সংস্করণ সার্চ ইঞ্জিনকে ইনডেক্স না করতে বলে। সবার জন্য খোলা সংস্করণ ও ক্লিপের পাতায় সংস্করণ ও ছবির কাঠামোবদ্ধ তথ্য (স্ট্রাকচার্ড ডেটা) থাকে। তবে গুগলে র্যাংক পাওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা কোনো টুলই দিতে পারে না।Members-only editions tell search engines not to index them. Editions and clips that are open to everyone carry structured data about the issue and the image. No tool can promise a ranking on Google, though.

ই-পেপার কোন ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া যায়?Which websites can use the e-paper?
ই-পেপার শুধু নিউজ ক্যাটাগরির ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য: নিউজ পোর্টাল ও অনলাইন পত্রিকা। অন্য ধরনের ওয়েবসাইটে এটি পাওয়া যায় না। এটি অ্যাডমিনের অ্যাপ তালিকা থেকে চালু করতে হয়।The e-paper is only for websites in the news category: news portals and online papers. Other kinds of website cannot use it. You switch it on from the Apps list in the admin.
- ছাপা পত্রিকার পাতা PDF বা ছবি আকারে আপনার কাছে থাকলে সরাসরি তুলে দিতে পারবেন।If you already have the pages of a printed paper as PDF or pictures, you can upload them straight away.
- এটি পাতা সাজানোর (পেজ মেকআপ) প্রিন্ট সফটওয়্যার নয়; ছাপার পাতা আপনার বর্তমান ডিজাইন টুলেই তৈরি হবে।It is not print page-layout software; the printed pages are still made in your own design tool.
